Hi, I'm Patty Wisniewski
Founded in August 2012, The Zen Den - Where bliss meets enlightenment is owned and operated by Patty Wisniewski. Based in Cary, Illinois and the surrounding Northwest suburbs, she specializes in Reiki, reflexology, and alchemy singing bowls.
Patty is also a Yoga Instructor with over 700 hours of Yoga Teacher Training; a certified group fitness instructor through A.C.E.; a certified Silver Sneakers instructor and a certified Barre instructor through Above Barre.
Certified Alternative Wellness Practitioner
Patty is certified in:
- Traditional Japanese Usui Reiki Ryoho (teacher and practitioner)
- Western versions of Reiki, including Usui/Holy Fire and Karuna® Reiki (teacher and practitioner)
- Reflexology, having studied the Ingham Method® at the International Institute of Reflexology®
- Yoga Teacher - YTT200 hours x 2
Dedicated to Continual Self-Development and Research
A member of the Shibumi International House of Reiki, Patty continues her personal development and delving deeper into her teachings and practice of Reiki with Frans Steine, a world-renowned senior Reiki teacher/practitioner. Frans Steine is an author and co-author of many books on Reiki.
He is also the co-founder of the International House of Reiki and Shimbumi IHR.
Patty has completed 400 hours of Yoga Teacher Training.
